The application procedure is as follows:
1. Please send the email nomination form back before 2025/04/15
The nomination form must be sent by the school unit (to confirm that the school allows the exchange).
After receiving the nomination letter, we will directly notify the nominated students and inform them to prepare the application materials before 2025/04/30.

2. After the above information is confirmed, it will be reviewed, and the results of the preliminary review in the our college will be sent in the second week of May.

3. After the college’s preliminary review, on-campus applications will be made, and admission notices will be sent around early June.

There will be dedicated personnel to continuously assist students with accommodation registration, health examinations and post-arrival check-in procedures.
In principle, exchange students in the college must take at least one course from the department they are applying for. There are no restrictions on the other courses.

1. Official Enrollment Certificate

2. Latest official transcript in English

3. Autobiography or CV

*An autobiography could be a combination of a short statement about yourself and of your resume.

4. Recommendation letter
*The documents should include the referees’ names and titles in print.
5. Financial statement issued by a bank/financial institution (PDF, <5mb)

*A financial statement is to verify that the student has at least NT$100,000 available for one academic year, or NT$50,000 for one academic semester to support his/her exchange period financially.
6. Passport’s information page
7. Photo ID, both sides
8. Official proof of English language proficiency

*Applicants who are citizens of English native speakers are exempt from the English proficiency requirement.
